3. The User must leave the Review in Polish, in a manner understandable and legible to the average recipient.
4. The Service Provider informs that Reviews may be added by Users who have been in contact with an Expert via the Service or had contact with an Expert outside the Service. In some cases Reviews relate to services provided with an Expert via the Service. In other cases Reviews are added by Users who used an Expert’s services outside the Service (e.g. did not make a booking or have a remote consultation via the Service, or use the Service chat).
5. A User may add a Review in the following ways:
6. In each case referred to in point 5 above, a User may submit a review of an Expert only after logging into their Account on the Service.

4. If the Service Provider finds that a Review does not comply with the rules and the Reviews Terms or Service Terms, it may contact the User and explain what can be improved for the Review to be published. After corrections, the Review may be posted on the Expert’s Profile and the Expert receives notification of the posting.
5. A Review should describe only the author’s own experiences. An exception is a User who is elderly or disabled and unable to add a review themselves; in such a case a carer may add the Review.
6. A Review should be written with respect for the other person. The Service Provider does not allow offensive reviews or the use of ironic or vulgar language.
7. A Review should not question the Expert’s qualifications or contain accusations of serious negligence not confirmed by a final court judgment.
8. The Service Provider may publish all Reviews, both positive and negative, provided they comply with these Terms.
9. The Service Provider is entitled to eliminate dishonest Reviews. The Service’s moderation system is based on filters that may eliminate any dishonest content.
10. Reviews undergoing re-verification may sometimes disappear (both positive and negative) from the Expert’s Profile if they are identified as suspicious. This is because verification is an ongoing process.
