Checklist – Before You Meet with an Expert

Checklist – Before You Meet with an Expert

Prepare for the conversation with a credit expert!

This practical checklist will help you organize the most important information before your first meeting with a credit advisor. Thanks to this, the conversation will be calmer, shorter, and more specific.

This is not a bank form or a set of documents. You can provide the information as an estimate – details are determined individually during the process. Below is a list of what information will be relevant:

👤 About You and Your Situation • Age of the borrowers • Number of people in the household • Number of dependents (e.g., children, non-working persons) • Household maintenance costs (e.g., rent, utilities, bills, subscriptions)

💼 Your Income

• Source(s) of income (e.g., employment contract, B2B, business activity, rental, agricultural activity, shares in companies, dividends, pension, disability pension) • Other benefits (e.g., social pension, family benefits – 800+, other social benefits) • Court-ordered alimony • Period of obtaining income (since when, whether the contract has a fixed duration, whether the income is continuous) • Approximate monthly income (e.g., bank transfer amount)

💳 Your Current Obligations

• Mortgages (approximate amount, installment, number of remaining installments) • Cash loans / 0% installments • Credit cards (credit limit amount) • Overdrafts • Leasing (e.g., car, equipment – installment amount, approximate remaining repayment period) • Guarantees (approximate commitment amount, whether still active) • Other financial obligations • Alimony

🏡 Down Payment

• Do you have a down payment? • Form of the down payment (e.g., cash, land plot, another property) • Approximate value of the down payment Summary If you have the above information prepared, you are well-prepared for the first conversation with a credit advisor.

Depending on your situation, the expert may ask for additional data or documents – this is a natural part of the process and does not mean that something was prepared incorrectly.

The goal of this checklist is to organize information and facilitate the conversation – the expert will help you go through the next steps.
